Your first step in finding your new home is to contact us and speak to a member of our team to discuss your property requirements. You will of course need to provide us with brief details about yourself and we will search our database and network to match your requirements. You will find that properties in the rental sector move very quickly so it is wise to start viewing about a month before you wish to move. Our tenancies are granted for a minimum term of 6 months.

We will arrange suitable viewing times for you to view your chosen properties and all appointments will be with a member of our team. Our dedicated team can arrange viewings up to 8pm weekdays as well as Saturday and Sunday viewings.

Costs

Most rents are quoted weekly and paid monthly in advance: Figures are based on a calendar month. For example, to calculate the monthly rent on a property at £200.00 per week is £200.00pw x 52 weeks in a year = £10400.00 per annum divide by 12 months to get the monthly rent of £866.66 per calendar month Rents quoted do not include utilities or council tax. (Unless stated)

Tenants are responsible: for payment of Gas, Electricity, Water Rates, and Council Tax and for the costs of any telephone line rental and television license.
